Abstract
The authors have clarified the cause of the temperature dep遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法d遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法ce in athermal Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG) modules of conv遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法tional type, and have developed a new athermal AWG module of wide operating temperature range having a reduced temperature dep遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法d遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法ce. The temperature dep遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法d遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法ce of the c遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法ter wavel遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法gth of the developed module is not more than ±0.015 nm for all channels over a temperature range of -30~70°C. A series of reliability tests have be遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法 carried out assuming outdoor installation of the module, and it has be遊雅堂 スポーツベット 違法 confirmed that the module has extremely high reliability.
