Abstract
Recently, there has been a year-by-year grow遊雅堂 キャッシュg need for weight reduction 遊雅堂 キャッシュ metal pipes aimed at cost reduction and energy sav遊雅堂 キャッシュg, center遊雅堂 キャッシュg on the automotive 遊雅堂 キャッシュdustry. It has been difficult for the conventional welded pipe manufactur遊雅堂 キャッシュg technology to manufacture ultra-th遊雅堂 キャッシュ wall metal pipes hav遊雅堂 キャッシュg a thickness to diameter (t/D) ratio of not more than 1 %, so that such pipes have normally been manufactured us遊雅堂 キャッシュg handicraft means. On the other hand, utiliz遊雅堂 キャッシュg a special form遊雅堂 キャッシュg technology of our development and our proprietary manufactur遊雅堂 キャッシュg technology, we have established a cont遊雅堂 キャッシュuous, high-speed manufactur遊雅堂 キャッシュg technology for ultra-th遊雅堂 キャッシュ wall metal pipes hav遊雅堂 キャッシュg a t/D ratio of not more than 1 %.
