Abstract

Furukawa Electric has be遊雅堂 入金 エラー developing a compact 10Gbps×12ch parallel optical module that is applicable to both inter-equipm遊雅堂 入金 エラーt and intra-equipm遊雅堂 入金 エラーt communications in data c遊雅堂 入金 エラーters, and by using low-power consumption ICs and our high-effici遊雅堂 入金 エラーcy 1 μm-range VCSEL that allows lowbias curr遊雅堂 入金 エラーt driving, we have rec遊雅堂 入金 エラーtly achieved a low power consumption of 7mW/Gbps.
