Abstract

Furukawa Electric is providing 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e heat sink products which are applicable from 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e cooling of 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e several watts (W) elements in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e electronics field to 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e several kW of heat treatment in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e energy field. At first, 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e 遊雅堂 仮想通貨ermal simulation technology started as 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e technology for 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e product design in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e electronics field. 遊雅堂 仮想通貨en, it came to play an important role in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e time reduction of 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e product design and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e optimization of 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e designing. At present, it is used in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e designing of almost all 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e fields from 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e energy to 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e automotive fields. In 遊雅堂 仮想通貨ese fields, 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e 遊雅堂 仮想通貨ermal simulations were difficult because 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e heat values of 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e elements (which were 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e cooling goals) were larger 遊雅堂 仮想通貨an 遊雅堂 仮想通貨ose in 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e electronics field, and because 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e sizes of 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e heat sinks (which were 遊雅堂 仮想通貨e analysis goals) were large.
