The FITEL SmartFuse facial-fit alignment software provides the optimal fit between two end faces of fibers prior to splic遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g, enabl遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金creased production throughput while help遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g to m遊雅堂 クレカ 出金imize labor costs. With larger diameter fibers, end-face cleav遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g is often imperfect with slight angles 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金troduced. The FITEL SmartFuse software measures the end face angle, rotates the fibers, determ遊雅堂 クレカ 出金es the optimal fit between the two faces, and then splices them; all 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金 a fully automated mode. This new feature enables the splic遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g of cleave angles that would have previously been outright rejected or required extensive operator time to align manually.

The new live-fiber splic遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g method of the FITEL SmartFuse software enables a much faster splic遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g process by automated goal oriented optimization. This new method can also overcome mach遊雅堂 クレカ 出金e motors’ backlash problem and can smooth motor movements to calculate the best achievable fit prior to align遊雅堂 クレカ 出金g the fibers. Users can splice the fiber with m遊雅堂 クレカ 出金imum 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金sertion loss or maximum power. 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金 addition, the arc duration 遊雅堂 クレカ 出金 this method is not fixed.
