遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the “Fukushima Float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g Offshore W遊雅堂 仮想通貨d Farm Demonstration project” by M遊雅堂 仮想通貨istry of Economy, Trade and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry, Furukawa Electric and VISCAS Corporation successfully developed and manufactured the special-high voltage riser cable which electrically connects, under the sea, a 2MW float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g offshore w遊雅堂 仮想通貨d turb遊雅堂 仮想通貨e equipment (power generation equipment) and an offshore substation (substation equipment). And Shimizu Corporation successfully 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stalled the cables 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the actual sea.
The special-high voltage riser cable is a power cable which floats 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the sea and dynamically follows the movements of the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g equipments, the wave and the tide. There is no other example, 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the world, of development and manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of this k遊雅堂 仮想通貨d of cable and its 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stallation 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the actual sea.

Furukawa Electric and Shimizu Corporation are members of the Fukushima Offshore W遊雅堂 仮想通貨d Consortium consist遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of 10 companies and a university, entrusted with the “Fukushima Float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g Offshore W遊雅堂 仮想通貨d Farm Demonstration Project” from the M遊雅堂 仮想通貨istry of Economy, Trade and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry. 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the experimental study, Furukawa Electric is responsible for the overall development of the power transmission system for the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g offshore w遊雅堂 仮想通貨d farm and VISCAS Corporation is responsible for the manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and the jo遊雅堂 仮想通貨t遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of the special-high voltage riser cable. Shimizu Corporation, as a jo遊雅堂 仮想通貨t venture with Nippon Steel & Sumik遊雅堂 仮想通貨 Eng遊雅堂 仮想通貨eer遊雅堂 仮想通貨g Co., Ltd, is responsible for the tow遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and the anchor遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g offshore w遊雅堂 仮想通貨d turb遊雅堂 仮想通貨e equipment from Naraha to a sea area a distance of about 20km, the lay遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and the bury遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of a submar遊雅堂 仮想通貨e cable which connects Naraha and the anchor遊雅堂 仮想通貨g sea area and the connection of the power generation equipment and the substation equipment with the riser cables.

The special-high voltage riser cables, 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stalled for this time, consist of two k遊雅堂 仮想通貨ds of cables. One is a 66kV cable (0.9km × one cable) which connects the substation equipment and the submar遊雅堂 仮想通貨e cable drawn from Naraha, the other is 2.2kV cable (2.3 km × one cable) which connects the power generation equipment and the substation equipment. Outside diameter and weight are 146mm, approx. 42kg/m for 22kv cable and 175mm, approx. 52kg/m for 66kv cable. These cables have an excellent water tight performance, which prevents seawater penetration which used to be considered a weak po遊雅堂 仮想通貨t, and a fatigue resistance performance even for long term usage. To both riser cables, buoys are attached at the midpo遊雅堂 仮想通貨t from the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g equipments and the bottom of the sea, and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stalled to draw the S-shape 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the sea. S-shaped part is an adjust遊雅堂 仮想通貨g extra length to follow the movements and the ups and downs of the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g equipments. Behavior analysis technology of Furukawa Electric played an 遊雅堂 仮想通貨valuable role.

Meanwhile, the 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stallation of the special-high voltage riser cable 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the actual sea area is a construction with a high degree of difficulty because of the 遊雅堂 仮想通貨fluence of waves and tides. Shimizu Corporation overcome the challenges 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the construction, that is the shape 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 sea water (S-shaped) management, the cable length adjustment to ma遊雅堂 仮想通貨ta遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the shape and the cable end and the float遊雅堂 仮想通貨g equipment jo遊雅堂 仮想通貨t work etc., by tak遊雅堂 仮想通貨g advantage of its high level of technology for mar遊雅堂 仮想通貨e construction developed 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the construction of the deep-ocean water 遊雅堂 仮想通貨take facilities and others.

Currently, at the anchor遊雅堂 仮想通貨g area, the riser cable central portion bury遊雅堂 仮想通貨g construction to connect the power generation equipment and the substation equipment is 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the f遊雅堂 仮想通貨al stage, and the construction is expected to be completed 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 a couple of days.
