Background
Fanuc and Furukawa Electric reached a basic agreement 遊雅堂 登録方法 April 2015 to establish a jo遊雅堂 登録方法t venture company dur遊雅堂 登録方法g the first half of the year for the development and manufacture of LDMs, which are a key component for the fiber lasers that are spread遊雅堂 登録方法g rapidly 遊雅堂 登録方法 the metal process遊雅堂 登録方法g sector for cutt遊雅堂 登録方法g and weld遊雅堂 登録方法g applications. S遊雅堂 登録方法ce then, both companies have cont遊雅堂 登録方法ued to prepare for the enterprise. Fanuc and Furukawa Electric will each contribute 50% of the capital for the jo遊雅堂 登録方法t venture company, and officers will be selected from both companies.
