Cable Networks AKITA to Use Furukawa Electric's 10G-EPON to Launch New Commercial Service

Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. has supplied its 10G-EPON system ("FITELWAVE AGX1000" hereafter) to Cable Networks AKITA (ma遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 office: Akita City, Akita Prefecture; President: Ryuichi Matsuura; "CNA" hereafter). CNA plans to beg遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 us遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g the 10G-EPON system 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 July of this year to launch an FTTH 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映ternet-access service.

FITELWAVE AGX1000 is the most compact 10G-EPON OLT(note 1) system 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 Japan. CNA selected the system because the same device can be used 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 all locations regardless of scale, and because the system can also be used together with popular 1G-ONU and 10G-ONU services.
