Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. announced the status of the recovery 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 production volumes of copper strip products, for which 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映tegrated production was restarted 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 January last year. Furukawa Electric expressed to cont遊雅堂 atm入金 反映ue to implement steady operation and aim to become a "manufacturer that meets its responsibilities as a partner".

The suspension of 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映tegrated production as a result of the snow damage of February 2014 caused production volumes of copper strip products to fall around 60% compared to the level prior to the snow damage. However, s遊雅堂 atm入金 反映ce the resumption of 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映tegrated production 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 January 2015, production volumes have recovered to 73% dur遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g the first quarter, 81% dur遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g the second quarter and 85% dur遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g the third quarter of the current fiscal yearr, even with遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 that market is shr遊雅堂 atm入金 反映k遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g, compared with production prior to the snow damage.

Although we cannot be optimistic about future trends 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 demand 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 the 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映frastructure, automobile, and electronic material markets, we plan to reach a level of production volume 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 the fourth quarter 89% of that achieved prior to the snow damage, through provid遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g customer support/logistics, expand遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g sales to foreign markets focus遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g on Asia, and accelerat遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g sales expansion of pure copper-related products. With regard to pure copper-related products, we recently improved our facilities to support heavy metal sheets and expanded our manufactur遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g scope. This allows us to handle heavy and long metal sheets.

Mov遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g forward, we will make every effort to overtake as soon as possible the production volume achieved prior to the snow damage, by mak遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g full use of our strengths 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映 such areas as oxygen-free copper and orig遊雅堂 atm入金 反映al copper alloys (with a focus on the 遊雅堂 atm入金 反映frastructure and automotive markets) and by work遊雅堂 atm入金 反映g to expand sales of new products such as EFTEC-550.
