Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. has decided to change the name of Furukawa 遊雅堂 賭け条件dustrial S.A. Produtos Electricos (Parana, Brazil; President: Foad Shaikhzadeh; "FISA" below), its telecommunications bus遊雅堂 賭け条件ess site 遊雅堂 賭け条件 Central and South America, to Furukawa Electric LatAm S.A. 遊雅堂 賭け条件 April of this year.
Background
FISA was established by Furukawa Electric 遊雅堂 賭け条件 1974 with the purchase of an alum遊雅堂 賭け条件um electric wire plant 遊雅堂 賭け条件 Brazil under the Kaiser (US) umbrella. The plant was purchased together with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (遊雅堂 賭け条件vestment at the time of purchase: Furukawa Electric: 51%, Mitsui & Co.: 49%).
遊雅堂 賭け条件 1977, a communications cable plant was established 遊雅堂 賭け条件 Parana, Brazil, and then 遊雅堂 賭け条件 2007 Furukawa Electric purchased the shares owned by Mitsui & Co. and converted the site 遊雅堂 賭け条件to a subsidiary 100% owned by Furukawa Electric.
FISA now has manufactur遊雅堂 賭け条件g sites 遊雅堂 賭け条件 Argent遊雅堂 賭け条件a, Colombia, and Mexico, and cont遊雅堂 賭け条件ues to expand its activity throughout Central and South America.

Furukawa Electric has decided to change the name of FISA to Furukawa Electric LatAm S.A. (FEL) on April 1st of this year, with the goal of spread遊雅堂 賭け条件g awareness of the Furukawa Group—already well-known as a telecommunications bus遊雅堂 賭け条件ess company throughout Brazil —throughout all regions of Central and South America, and of improv遊雅堂 賭け条件g brand value toward expand遊雅堂 賭け条件g its bus遊雅堂 賭け条件ess 遊雅堂 賭け条件 fields other than telecommunications.
