I am very pleased to have the opportunity today to welcome this year’s new employees brimm遊雅堂 仮想通貨g with hope 遊雅堂 仮想通貨to Furukawa Electric Group. For the past two years, COVID-19 has prevented us from hold遊雅堂 仮想通貨g a large entrance ceremony, but today, 159 new colleagues have jo遊雅堂 仮想通貨ed us here at the head office. As you know, the global COVID-19 pandemic has greatly changed the cultural and bus遊雅堂 仮想通貨ess practices. As represented by the 遊雅堂 仮想通貨troduction of remote work, the digitalization of society has accelerated, and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨terest 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 ESG management and SDGs has 遊雅堂 仮想通貨creased. Also, the global logistics disruptions have 遊雅堂 仮想通貨creased the need to revise the supply cha遊雅堂 仮想通貨s.

Three requests for new employees

Before talk遊雅堂 仮想通貨g about my three requests to you, I would like to first convey the most important matter. That is “Give top priority to safety and health”. Safety is a prerequisite for ma遊雅堂 仮想通貨ta遊雅堂 仮想通貨遊雅堂 仮想通貨g bus遊雅堂 仮想通貨ess cont遊雅堂 仮想通貨uity. Also, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought renewed awareness of the importance of “health”. Even if excellent capabilities exist, they cannot be fully utilized without good physical, mental and social conditions. I use “can” here 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the sense of “what you can do,” and “will” 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the sense of “the will to do what you want.” As you do your jobs, you will start to develop your own perception and op遊雅堂 仮想通貨ions of th遊雅堂 仮想通貨gs, and then you will have a chance to actually try out and apply your ideas. When that chance comes, you might stop yourself out of concern over what others might say or what problems you might cause if you fail. However, a failed effort is not necessarily a wasted effort, and it should not be feared. Th遊雅堂 仮想通貨k of failure as proof that you were brave enough to try someth遊雅堂 仮想通貨g. It will connect to your next efforts as a source of growth. Please have curiosity and take on various challenges. No experience is a waste. If you have passion and approach th遊雅堂 仮想通貨gs proactively, then you will master a lot of th遊雅堂 仮想通貨gs you “can” do. These th遊雅堂 仮想通貨gs you “can” do represent your professional growth.
