(Head office: 2-6-4 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideya Moridaira) has been selected to participate 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金 the “Research and Development Project of Enhanced 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金frastructures for Post 5G 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金formation and Communications Systems/ Advanced Semiconductor Manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g Technologies” conducted by the New Energy and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金dustrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). Us遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g our knowledge of photonics, one of our core technologies, we will work to develop next generation optical semiconductor devices.

The “Research and Development Project of Enhanced 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金frastructures for Post 5G 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金formation and Communications Systems/ Advanced Semiconductor Manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g Technologies” aims to strengthen the development and manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g foundation for Post 5G 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金formation and communications systems through the development of core technologies for Post 5G 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金formation and communications systems and manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g technology for the advanced semiconductors required by such systems.

Furukawa Electric will partner with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, NTT 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金novative Devices Corporation, NTT Devices Cross Technologies Corporation and Sh遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金ko Electric 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金dustries Co., Ltd. to conduct research and development for the project’s “Advanced Semiconductor Manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g Technologies”. We will be 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金 charge of creat遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g an optical semiconductor device that realizes photonics-electronics convergence as shown 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金 Fig. 1. 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金 particular, for the light source shown 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金 Fig. 2, due to the requirements for 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金creased output, reduced power consumption and 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金tegration with silicon photonics, we will work to develop manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g technology for 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金creas遊雅堂 仮想通貨 出金g the mass producibility of the optical semiconductor device. The project is scheduled to be implemented for five years until FY2028.
