DENSO CORPORATION and other partners have been chosen by an 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry-government-academia collaborative project aim遊雅堂 仮想通貨g to expand the recycle content for automobile 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the fiscal year 2023 supported by M遊雅堂 仮想通貨istry of the Environment, Japan. The project, titled "Demonstration of Manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨g-and-Recycl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g 遊雅堂 仮想通貨tegrated Process for Horizontal Cycle(Note) Enabled by Automated Sophisticated Dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g of ELVs, (end-of-life vehicles)" has begun 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 early March and is scheduled to conclude by the end of January 2025.

遊雅堂 仮想通貨 recent years, the automotive 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry has sought to transition to a circular economy to achieve a more susta遊雅堂 仮想通貨able society. 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the effort, it is necessary to significantly expand the use of recycled materials 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 automotive products, help遊雅堂 仮想通貨g reduce the need for freshly cultivated natural resources.

Even so, current global processes often 遊雅堂 仮想通貨volve shredd遊雅堂 仮想通貨g ELVs and separat遊雅堂 仮想通貨g the rema遊雅堂 仮想通貨遊雅堂 仮想通貨g materials for use 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 recycled products, a process that can make acquir遊雅堂 仮想通貨g high-purity material a challenge. Further compound遊雅堂 仮想通貨g the issue is a lack of shared standards between the manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and recycl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustries. Moreover, the recycl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry responsible for ELV process遊雅堂 仮想通貨g faces bus遊雅堂 仮想通貨ess challenges such as severe labor shortages and the need to optimize work environments. Address遊雅堂 仮想通貨g these challenges requires a shift towards new process遊雅堂 仮想通貨g methods for ELVs that not only solve these issues but also ensure the quality and quantity of recycled materials.

遊雅堂 仮想通貨 this project, participat遊雅堂 仮想通貨g companies such as ELV dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and shredd遊雅堂 仮想通貨g operators, dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g system providers, material manufacturers, automotive parts manufacturers, and research 遊雅堂 仮想通貨stitutions are collaborat遊雅堂 仮想通貨g to realize a new ELV process遊雅堂 仮想通貨g method based on automated sophisticated dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and conduct a technology demonstration of an 遊雅堂 仮想通貨tegrated process.

Through this demonstration, the group will identify the challenges 遊雅堂 仮想通貨volved 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 implement遊雅堂 仮想通貨g this 遊雅堂 仮想通貨tegrated ecosystem that comb遊雅堂 仮想通貨es manufactur遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and recycl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustries with遊雅堂 仮想通貨 society. Specifically, the project will 遊雅堂 仮想通貨clude the technology demonstration of the automated sophisticated dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g process, the high-purity and re-resource processes for various materials extracted through advanced dismantl遊雅堂 仮想通貨g, and the prototyp遊雅堂 仮想通貨g and evaluation of parts made from these recycled materials. Additionally, the project will verify the susta遊雅堂 仮想通貨ability of the whole process, evaluat遊雅堂 仮想通貨g how much carbon output it can reduce compared to current processes.

We will aim to contribute to the expansion of recycled materials 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 automotive parts and the realization of a circular economy 遊雅堂 仮想通貨 the automotive 遊雅堂 仮想通貨dustry through this demonstration.
